Skills necessary for the position: Dance training, Ballet training, or Gymnastics training.

Reliability, responsibility, and a willingness to learn are also needed.

Also the ability to work well with children is a must.

Given these skills, we can teach the basics of rhythmic gymnastics to anyone with a desire to learn and teach.
